Microsoft Curry

Is it just me, or does this keep reminding me of those awful Vesta packet curries we used to eat when we were students? Hmm.....
One of these is a bland collection of strange ingredients, stewed for too long which you regret buying a few hours later.
And the other is a curry.

I propose a caption competition for the two people in that image :)
"Darling, any sign of Microsoft's new release yet?"
"'Fraid not babe - all I can see is a bunch of updates from Apple and Bill Gates taking notes"

"Do you think it'll really be released in 2006?"
"Perhaps. But it won't be stable until 2007, and not even remotely safe until Vista SE 2 in 2010."

I've heard some wild stuff about getting rid of the little closing "x" and all kinds of stuff. At least it isn't "Longhorn" anymore.

Macs are cool though I have to say. Shame I can't run Battlefield 2 on them....
Ummm was trying to think of a witty caption but too damn early LOL

Just for the record I would like to state that I hope this time they did get it right, seeing that I have both macs and pc's. And I don't hate microsoft really, I like my xBox just fine.

Like the link to longhorn, Siobhan (hmmm, curious rhyming couplet there). And there's no doubt your Photoshop skills are better than my Paintshoppro ones, but as a dedicated Mac user I thought you would have preferred the sentiments behind mine.
Ah well, back to the old graphics pad.

A mate of mine worked in the Vesta factory. His hair and clothing perpetually stank of curry. Washing didn't help.
He chucked it in after a couple of months
