New Photographs
Finally managed to get some new photos taken. The heady combination of a night stuck in a hotel room, a large bag of cosmetics, half a bottle of red wine and a digital camera produced some decent results.
I took loads, and as always reduced them down to my favourite few. I also tweaked a few of them, trying out a the technique outlined by Siobhan the other week. I'd not played too much with the channels in Photoshop before, and it was quite nice to see the results.
Here are a few of my favourites. You can also see the full Flickr stream.

Really nice Jo!
The photoshop techniques help, but they only add to the fact that you've spent time on the makeup, poses, and the biggest photo-enhancement of all: wearing a smile. :)

Hey Jo
Cool pics, the make up looks spot on, the eyes particularly cool. You don't really need too much photoshopping!
Noice!

Great pics!!
I've also used the loads of makeup and bottle of red wine technique, but somehow my photos then look as if I've drunk a bottle of red wine. Or was your technique 1/2 bottle of red wine? Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong.
But your photos look fantastic. Well done on a beautiful vase.
