Schools Out
One of the perks of working in education is that I get the Summer holidays. So I am now on my holidays until the beginning of September.
The downside is that the kids get the time off too. So todays trip to Tesco's resembled one of the circles of hell with no end of chavvy children clogging up the aisles and general whining and moaning their way around the store. Crappy. I hate people who decide its a great idea to have a long conversation in the middle of the cooked meats aisle, blocking it with their trollies so nobody can get past. Bastards.
My aim for the summer is to try and get out the house a little - take the camera and get some nice photos for the flickr stream (getting addicted to flickr here). So of course sods law dicates that the first day of the holidays is wet and crappy weather wise. Hoping for better things tomorrow.
