24 Hour Hobbit
A quick TV related story to start the day. Apparently Sean Astin who played Sam in Lord of the Rings has signed up to play a CTU agent in the next season of 24, according to Aint it Cool News.
Obviously there are no height restrictions in the US Federal Agencies.
He might prove useful though, in the inevitable event of Jack Bauer being seriously injured, the brave little Sam with pluckily carry him to safety yet again...
And of course, should he fall into enemy hands, there will be no danger of him giving up and telling them all his secrets. Because as we know, he is a hard hobbit to break.

"Obviously there are no height restrictions in the US Federal Agencies." Working for a U.S. Federal agency (just not THAT one) , I can verify that not only do they not seem to have a height restriction, they allow all sorts in. We have everybody from hobbits to orcs working here.

pmsl great pic.
24 is always fun. Would make a great drinking game.
Number of times Jack says "you aren't listening to me"
Number of times there is a mole in CTU.
Number of times Jack goes rogue.
