Another bright idea
I need to get fitter. I hate exercise for the sake of exercise. I like computer games.
I am hoping I can blend those three statements and actually start getting a little more in shape. Inspired by Kim Angel's wife who seems to swear by this, I managed to track down one of these via Amazon for my Xbox:
And I bought this as well...
Kinda sticking to the older, slower tempo songs for now.. but it's good fun and at least is providing me with some kind of cardiovascular workout ;0)
Wish me luck.

I have a mental image of you on that right now - and it's making me chuckle so much I'm snorting wine up my nose.

I'm a DDR girl myself, Jo. But it is a good workout and I have heard of people losing weight and getting in shape that way.
Quite entertaining.

Don't think I could bear the sound of my two daughters shrieking with laughter in the background as I attempted some half-hearted semblance of co-ordination on the mat. Don't think it wouldn't happen as I regularly see them get near-perfect scores at speeds I'd probably only end up having a heart attack! Good luck Jo, that's all I can say.
