Back in the Box
I think Siobhan once called it Deprincessing.
After the two full days of fun as a girl, Joanna has been put back in the box for a while. I hope she'll be out again soon.
It's always an odd feeling - like the end of an evening when the girl stuff comes off and the boy reemerges. This week its hit me harder than most.
I don't know exactly when I'll be out again next. I'm hoping it wont be too long. The next big event is the Boat Party, but I won't be able to make that, and Summer evenings are always bad for me to get to Transmission.

It's starting to get hot here so I almost wish I could put my hair in a box for a while! I'm glad that I work where I work though, and can wear pigtails, eyeliner, lipgloss and nails and yet, being gothish, people are scared to tell me not to! Honestly though, back to my original comment, the pigtails are because it's too damned hot to leave it hanging down my neck, and not because it's cute. Being cute is a fortunate side effect! ;)

The "back to reality" feeling. Same with all conventions.
Of course my virtual girlside would say "reality? What reality?"
