Ouch

Five minutes into mowing the front garden (not really mowing the lawn, just beheading all the dandelions) I wrenched something in my shoulder. Bloody hurts. Haven't had it go this badly for a while. I felt like an 80 year old. Even breathing hurt.

Spent the last hour lying flat on the bed, and I can now just about sit upright. Still not quite right though. Hope it loosens up again soon.

Now.. where did I leave my Neurofen....
