New Boots
So while I sit here and listen to the wind systematically ripping through my fence panels, I can console myself with my new boots. I was so impressed at finding a store called Argoth, which I thought was an inspired choice of name, that I just had to buy a pair of boots from them.
I've always wanted a massive "bugger off" pair of boots... and these are pretty cool. I'm trying to break them in now, hopefully to wear at Transpocalypse.

Now to go and reclaim some of my fence panels from my pond.... and it's getting windier!

yeah... I think a change of shoes first may be best.. unless I want to end up head first in the pond

Great aren't they? I've had a pair myself for about 4 years now. (Is that scramble I hear you returning them?)
They are very easy to wear - I can walk and drive in mine without any difficulties.
